"Supercuts" is a trading name used by UK Hairdressers 2019 Ltd. UK Hairdressers 2019 Ltd ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

In store Gift Vouchers

Use of this Supercuts Gift Card is subject to the current Terms & Conditions of UK Hairdressers 2019 (company no.12345843) see https://supercuts.co.uk/policies/terms-of-service. Purchase or use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions which is only redeemable in Regis salons excluding franchise salons (Listed on above URL). This Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or vouchers and will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. The value redeemed will be deducted from the total balance on the electronic gift card and any remaining balance can be used on future services/products in the salon within the 12-month term. On the expiry date any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be reduced to nil and forfeited. UK Hairdressers 2019 Ltd is not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, damaged or stolen.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site – www.supercuts.co.uk (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material, participating in reminder services or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.

If you participate in an online survey or questionnaire, any information you provide will also be maintained.

STANDARD TERMS

6.1 In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with these Terms and Conditions, UK Hairdressers shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify the entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. Entrants must comply with any directions given to them by UK Hairdressers including in relation to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.

6.2 These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

6.3 UK Hairdressers reserves the right to withdraw or amend any competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

DATA & PRIVACY POLICY

If you are a competition winner, we will ask for your details, such as your address, so the sponsor / UK Hairdressers can send your prize to you, on behalf of UK Hairdressers This personal data is accessed by both UK Hairdressers, and the competition sponsor. No other parties will have access to your information unless we are under a duty to disclose or share personal data for legal or regulatory purposes. UK Hairdressers and the competition sponsor will not store your data or use it for any purpose other than advised in these Terms and Conditions. If, at any point, you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data, please contact us.

Christmas Card Terms

Terms apply. The appointment card must be handed back at time of visit to claim the discount. Offer is valid 26.12.2025-28.02.2026, you must attend within these dates. Not to be used with other promotions or discounts, greatest discount applies. Valid on services only.

GENERAL PROMOTIONAL TERMS

Offer terms and conditions: Codes must be used online or presented at the salon. The promotion is only valid on services, not redeemable against retail purchases. Discount codes: SCFL8W, SCFL13W, SCFLSMS20W, WELCOMESC10 all require a minimum spend of 30GBP. Not to be used in conjunction with other offers, offers valid for 14 days from receipt. Discount code should be shown to your stylist at the time of service.
