Once you've checked-in to today's live guest list online/via the QR code - you can relax in salon, tick something off of your to-do list, or even go and treat yourself to a coffee.

Just make sure you keep an eye on your 'spot' on the live guest list as it's updated in real-time.

It might even move quicker than expected but when your spot is about 10 minutes away - we'll send a text to your phone. That will mean you're next and it's time to head to your stylist - they'll be ready for you.

Feel free to still be spontaneous. Walk in and check-in with our stylist, take a seat and make yourself at home in the salon.

Once you've received the text to say you're next, if you can't get to the salon in time, we'll have to move onto our next guest. So, if for some reason you get held up, the best thing to do would be to call the salon and we'll do our best to be flexible.

How does it work?

Weʼll save your spot so you can relax in salon, tick something off of your to-do list, or even treat yourself to a coffee. Easier Online or In-Salon?

You can do both. Either walk in and check-in with our stylist, take a seat and make yourself at home in the salon, or check-in on the go. Remember, it's one line for everyone, so even if you choose to wait inside, you might notice others being called before you. No need to worry, they're simply ahead on the guest list. We're all about fairness and ensuring everyone gets their turn in the order they checked in!
