Access To Information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
All gift cards expire 12 months from date of purchase.
Any balance remaining balance after 12 months will be reduced to nil and forfeited.
Gift cards can be redeemed at any Supercuts Salon as full or part payment for services and homecare products.
The value of services/products redeemed will be deducted from the total balance on the electronic gift card or gift card and any remaining balance can be used on future services/ products in salon within the 12-month term.
Gift cards cannot be used outside the Supercuts salon network and cannot be used on the Supercuts Web-shop.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
The Supercuts electronic gift card and gift cards are issued by, and remain the property of UK Hairdressing limited, Guardian Warehousing, Nationworld House, Noose Lane, Willenhall, WV13 3AP.
All refunds on salon services and homecare products purchased with your card will be made in accordance with Supercuts’ refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
If you lose your Supercuts gift card or electronic gift card, Supercuts has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of receipt and gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Card Acceptance Policy
Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
Terms & Conditions, Loss & Liability
Supercuts shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to deliver the email within a reasonable time of the order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Force Majeure; Supercuts cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
Breach of these conditions will entitle Regis to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and any such change will be effective upon inclusion in the text of the terms and conditions published on this site.
