Delivery Information

Supercuts exclusively delivers to the United Kingdom, allowing customers to select their preferred delivery options during the checkout process. Order processing takes place on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Once dispatched, customers will receive a Despatch Confirmation email. Delivery options, timescales, and costs can be found in the provided table.

Delivery Expectations

ShopSupercuts currently only deliver to the UK. The Order cut-off time for all delivery services is 2pm and should you place an order after this time it will be treated for the purpose of the delivery as having been placed the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday-Friday (Excluding bank and public holidays), so should you place your order after 2pm on Friday it will not be processed until Monday.

Can I Track My Order?

When you receive your Order Confirmation email you will see that it include details of how to track your order, by including a Tracking Reference. This service is only available for orders that are sent via Next Day Delivery.

Is Free Delivery Available?

  • If you spend over £35 you will qualify for Free Standard Delivery (2-4 days).
  • If you need your order in a bit of a hurry then Free Next Day Delivery is applicable when you spend over £80, and is also available when you buy ghd electrical products.
  • Free Delivery can occasionally be provided as part of an offer or promotion, so make sure you check our offers page for our most recent promotions.
